Sowing Excellence is a home-school service that focuses on enhancing and discovering the amazing talents that God has given each of us. We offer services for K -12th Grade. We are blessed with an enthusiastic and devoted staff. Our mission is to plant the seeds of knowledge and develop character that will strengthen both our minds and souls. We start our days with prayer, salute to the American, Texas and Christian flags. The materials we use are prayed over and carefully selected for each unique student, therefore we use a variety of teaching materials such as My Father’s World, Abeka, BJU Press, Pahlow’s English, CTC Math, Memoria Press, Notgrass History and others. Unit studies keep learning hands-on and fun, allowing different age groups to interact and learn together and each student the opportunity to advance at their own pace. Report cards are sent home twice a year informing parents of their student’s progress. During the second semester an optional Iowa State Test is available to enhance testing skills.
